📦 Digital Products

All digital downloads (like planning guides, checklists, templates, or party kits) are non-refundable. Once a file has been delivered to your inbox or downloaded, it can’t be “returned,” so please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions, just reach out—we’re happy to help before you hit “buy.”

That said, if you experience any issues with your download (broken link, missing file, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll do our best to make it right.

🛍️ Physical Products (if applicable)

If Sage and Saucy offers physical goods in the future (like printed planners or party supplies), here’s what you can expect:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
